I think we need to set ourselves some dates for getting things done. E.g writing up our CVs and stuff. Might be good to do that tomorrow.

Yea meeting is at 2:15, no lecture at that time for me. I agree with setting deadlines for everything, i reckon we could finish this well ahead of time =).

First of all apologies to the guys who were on campus today - us CS crew only had one lecture which was cancelled, hence changing the meeting to another time...

Thursday 11.15 ok with everyone?

I think we should decide a time for definate meetings every week, so we know when at least one will be and we can arrange others if need be.
We can discuss when is most suitable with everyone on Thursday...

As you will see under the deadlines section I have allocated us all tasks to do, only main thing is to have CV's done by the end of the week, but if we could all have draft's drawn up for individual allocations for the middle of next week that would be excellent.

Yer i agree with E-Mailing Mike, i think we are in the situation now where we will have to work as we are.

11.15 Meeting fine as well, as Richard stated, we're on the same timetable so easier to schedule.

I think maybe trying to have 2 decent meetings a week would be good just to keep communication good and if anyone is getting stuck or anything then it can be fixed before it becomes a problem.
