Stuff to Do as of 20th November

These tasks have to be drafted or completed by next Thursday.

Valerie = Testing Plan, Fix company website.
Elliot = Dataflow Diagram for client website, help Valerie sort company website.
Emma Jane = Requirements Matrix, Booking Dataflow Diagram., finish Implementation Plan.
Pip and Scott = Sort relational schema and check the schema, Richards diagram and the ER diagram match up and include all the necessary attributes (check those requested to be added on the forum).
Richard = Rename attributes on the table diagram. Draw up the Dataflow Diagram for the Staffing.

Also at some point we need to have a look at our requirements document - some of the High ones will need to change to Medium or low (especially re: timetabling). We could also shuffle them around a bit to make it a more logical order in places.

I'm not the best at artwork so who knows what this diagram is gonna end up looking like!!

I'll be working on it later on, so it will be in emails soon I imagine

Actions: to be done before this Thursday 27/11/08

Valerie – Finalize Testing document and timetabling. Fix the requirements.
Emma Jane – Finalize the Implementation Plan. Wait for everyone else to send their documents and format it all nicely.
Pip/Scott/Richard – meet up to discuss the ER diagram and schema to ensure it matches up with Richards table diagrams. Add in the extra details required for the timetabling to the system (staff status etc – see forum).
Pip – Design a marketing leaflet for the King Hotel.
Scott – finish the booking dataflow diagram. (i think?)
Steven – get in touch.
Everyone- send Val a mug shot for the website.
