Firstly, I'd like to apologise.

I've been having some version problems with my files, and its caused some confusion. I hope the scripts on my webspace are correct, now. If not please email me/post here!

Changelog:
1) changed phone numbers from ints to varchars
2) added more varchar space to event description and bills
3) added sequences for primary keys
4) changed add_bills to have a foreign key (cl_id) allowing clients to have more than 1 additional bill info.
