I think it could be a good idea to bring a copy of the requirements we have so far along and show him.

Also, Scott Pip and Steven have u got any more ideas from looking at the URD template?

So what we need is:
1) A list of questions (Emma Jane?)
2) A list of the requirements we have (can be taken from pips post)

I dont mind doing the talking but I have no printer :/ if someone can make the requirements we have look nice and a list of questions and give them to me, ill happily do it.

I have popped the stuff from the forum into a table to show him what requirements we have so far so i will bring that along with me tomorrow

If you are doing the questions Valerie, do you fancy adding one to the list about reports?

I was thinking will the reports be generated from Database queries? ie will he want to go into the system and request say "how many people were booked into the hotel on a particular date and what staff members were in" kind of thing?

Or is this just me over complicating things again and giving us extra work?!

Hum I think we shouldn't be so specific yet. We can add that sort of thing in later.. don't want to give him ideas!

I've made a note of the things you listed Emma Jane and also added the items I highlighted in the mock-up URD I emailed everyone.

Since noone else has emailed me anything I'll assume that's all I have for now *angryface*
