Requirements Specification - All
URD - Valerie (Initial template), Pip (Specific Requirements), Scott (General Requirements).
Project Plan - Emma Jane (Descriptive text and deadlines), Valerie (Gannt Charts).
Project Costing - Elliot
Risk Management Plan - Elliot and Richard.

Just to keep a record! Tell me if I missed anything.

Meeting and Attendance Records - Valerie
Chairperson - Emma Jane (in charge of arranging meetings and chasing up people as well as keeping us all together and focuses).
